Using xfinity for 2 years but indicates iPhone is not compatible

I purchased an unlocked iPhone 13 Pro from Target back in December 2022 and immediately utilized my xfinity SIM card with no issues. Fast forward to today, I am reaching out to xfinity to have this unlocked so I can use a prepaid SIM card abroad.  Apparently my IMEI number is incompatible with xfinity network.  How is this possible? Does anyone have insight how to resolve this issue? Customer support wasn’t able to assist…is there some specific verbiage I should be asking for?  Thank you!

@user_pqebca Good morning! I apologize for the delay in response. In order to unlock a device it has to meet certain requirements which can be found here https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/eligible-to-unlock-phone. Once those requirements are met we would need to have the account holder call our unlock team at (844) 963-0011. They will go into the account and verify all is good and they will process the unlock.
