Unethical behavior from a support agent
I called last week to check on a payment plan but an agent overseas blocked and removed my profile which cause my four lines of service disconnected. Immediately another agent reconnected my service but since no one can help with resolving my profile issues. I’ve called and even been to one of the local store and the manager has basically done absolutely nothing besides submitted a case. I cannot make a payment or see my devices but my services are still working but not sure until when since I cannot make a payment! I hate these overseas customer service “agents”!!!! This kid should be fired for doing this to my account when I’ve been a customer for 10 years!!!!
