Unethical and deceitful behavior by a company

You know what y’all wanna block me from every other way mouse use the form I am sick and tired of the abuse that I’ve been getting agent de-escalation departments Corvette security department that help you people think you are you want to not report my payments on my statements you want you not report the statements correctly how do you bill somebody twice in the same cycle but the same Services well, you know what you upset because your store employee ripped me off which to Mom I cannot wait to go to the authorities now about and your services [Edited: "Language"] when you want to send technicians that don’t do their job and I don’t have Services. What are you expect me to do but to call and complain, and if you people took care of stuff right the first time wouldn’t have these issues and then you got agents that are constantly disconnecting my services but no reason upset because you try to overcharge me and then you’re in my phone so all of my complaints are valid and  I should’ve listened to my gut and went with a different provider when I was moving as a stay with Xfinity do you want to put a Walk on an account that I paid off because it’s a connection of Services I disconnected them cause I transferred Services no stupid excuses and you’re Haven’t people called and threaten me and try to intimidate me. Also, when I’m trying to email somebody you jump in there and switch me back three sentences that just keeps proving that you’re in my phone. Which violates my privacy and how many laws? How about all the laws that you guys are breaking concerning my account and the agents harassed me and threatening me and like you said you’re still employee ripping me up and trying to rip me off even further and all this is OK so maybe it’s time I reached out to the corporate headquarters because that’s why I was told by your own agents, but that’s the only way I’m gonna get anywhere

i have repeatedly responded to xfinity employees to no avail yuou guys yhomk this is a game or joke why is it that so many othewrs are having same issues about the phone scam trade in and im constantly blocked on the phone and chat assistant fake emails from corporate with no name listed im not falling for this and im tiured of unauthorized xharges changes made to my account , there wil be no auto pay for feb 23 i know why you keep a card on file for mobile so you can go in and charge whatever yhou wamt no unfair deceitful business practices phones no different than one i traded in no receipt from stoe no [paperwork i was promised then im not [aying for a defective worthless phone issues never get resolved so i wilol be contacting corporate and newschannels about all this fraud and i will be going by store tomorrow and if emplyee is stil;l there calling authorities and havingv him arrested commiting dfraud identity theft messing with old device new device
