Unable to send/receive SMS after porting from Verizon to Xfinity

On Mar 15 I ported my number from Verizon to Xfinity and moved my iPhone SE with iOS 18.3.2 over also. Voice calls work fine but sms will not send or receive.  I have tried deleting and reinstalling the eSIM and reset network settings in iOS.  Nothing has worked.  Any suggestions?

Phone has to be connected by wifi/mobile data to send/receive SMS.
