unable to receive sms
Hi,
I am currently traveling in China and using international roaming with Xfinity Mobile.
I can make and receive phone calls, but I am unable to receive SMS verification codes, including verification codes sent by Xfinity itself.
Could you please check whether there is any issue with my line or account that is preventing me from receiving SMS messages?

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the inconvenience with your mobile service. To resolve SMS verification code issues, toggle Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your cellular connection. Also, confirm the destination phone number is formatted correctly and check that Spam/Filter Unknown Senders isn’t sending the code to a hidden folder.
