Is your email address still with Comcast/Xfinity, or has it been migrated to Yahoo? (See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview). Are you accessing your email using a web site, an email app, or an email program? What happens when you try to access it? Any error messages or codes?
