Unable to Activate eSIM overseas and Poor Customer Service (Issue had been unresolved for 36hrs and AI Chatbot keeps going in circles)

I am really frustrated as i do not have any mobile reception because my eSIM got some issues and now i cannot activate them from overseas myself and require a live agent to do it for me. but the AI just refuses to connect me to a live agent. its been almost 30+ hours and it just keeps me in circles.

the last agent told me he/she will keep my chat active while i restart my phone, but of course it did not happen. i provided my email for a call back in case the line drops, but also nothing.

total of 4-5 agents had worked on the case, and all dropped with no resolution at all.

please reach out to me asap via my email as my xfinity mobile number isnt working and i really need this number for the remaining of my trip.
