Unable to accept voicemails when on another call
My wife's voicemail works normally, except when she's on the other line. Inbound calls sent to voicemail say the mailbox isn't setup. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue with support and they just kept going in circles. As if I was being transferred to different reps and they wanted to do the same steps over again. This needs to be escalated and corrected.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
