Hello @user_2rk8t1 Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. To get a transfer pin you would need to log in to your Xfinity app and go to the devices tab. You would then click on the device with the phone number that you would like to transfer and choose transfer this line. You will get a transfer pin generated for you that is good for 24 hours.
