Hello @user_2rk8t1 Thank you for reaching out on our community forum. To get a transfer pin you would need to log in to your Xfinity app and go to the devices tab. You would then click on the device with the phone number that you would like to transfer and choose transfer this line. You will get a transfer pin generated for you that is good for 24 hours. Did this help answer your question?
No. I don't see my landline listed as a "device." And tapping on it in the app just takes me to my call history, with no reference to porting/transferring options. I've submitted my home phone security PIN, and told that was not correct. Then contacted Xfinity support, and was told the transfer PIN was 0000 (really???? How secure can THAT be????). It is STILL getting rejected. I need to port his number out before I close the account, and I need to close the account SOON! WHY is this so freakin' DIFFICULT????
