text from comcast mobile - call credit control

I received the following text from 32887: Comcast Xfinity mobile account-Know your options-Call Credit Control debt collector [Edited: "Invalid Phone Number"] or visit xxxx (tiny URL) Type Stop to optout.

I do not have Xfinity Mobile and I have never had Xfinity Mobile.   I have to assume that this is some sort of spam or scam or both.
