Text dates

Please help as no one seems to have a definitive answer - even at Xfinity stores.

if there is an outage or glitch or whatever delay possibilities there are, is it possible that if a text conversation occurred ON a FRIDAY (meaning the texts were submitted) , that they would show up on the bill/usage as being submitted/occuring 2 days later ON Sunday’ date instead of the prior Friday?

user_cakzq3 Thanks for reaching out! If a text conversation occurred on a Friday during a service interruption, it is possible that the related messages could appear in usage reports by Sunday, depending on the timing of the interruption and the reporting system.

@XfinityMartyR I just want to clarify- they showed up as being SENT on Sunday, despite them being sent supposedly on Friday before that.  I think they were sent on Sunday not Friday- but if you say it’s possible then I believe you. How long is the longest that a text can be sent and then show up as though sent on a later date? Is two weeks possible?  Thanks for your help.

I want to clarify that the text was supposedly sent on a Friday but it shows that it was sent on Sunday two days later. I’m not convinced it was sent on Friday, I think it was actually sent on Sunday unless you tell me again that this is indeed possible. ChatGPT went into your forms to research my answer and it told me that this is not possible. But I know that ChatGPT is not always correct. What is the longest time frame  in which a text could be sent and then show up as being sent days later? Could it show up on a date as late as two weeks later from when it was sent?  Thank you!
