Terrible, terrible mobile provider. You can never ever reach a human to resolve an issue

The Xfinity/Comcast Mobile is the worst service provider and it's impossible to reach a human to resolve any issues.  All you get is a bot that doesn't comprehend anything.  The worst move ever.  Then they promise you a gift card, with extensive wait time--14 weeks, which I believe is a scam and you never get that.

Once I got my XM up and running along with a Network Extender, XM very satisfactory.   HOWEVER, along the way, dealing with X  "customer non-service", it was a nightmare.  Even when I was "elevated" to the upper echelon's of customer service, unkept promises, no follow-up: TERRIBLE.  Fortunately, all good for the past couple of years, but I dread the day I have to re-visit that department.
