Terrible service with our phones

I live in Corkscrew Shores and I have terrible phone service.  When I pass the new tower in Bella Terra I have 4 bars one mile later as I enter Corkscrew Shores it goes down to 1 or 2 and I have dead spots in my home.  I understand Verizon is used by Xfinity and am totally prepared to change my internet and phone service.  I called recently and was upgraded for free but still have dead spots in my home.  Please contact me with a associate that can explain if you use Verizon why my service it terrible with the new tower installed 1 mile away.
