terrible phone signal maps no longer working

My phone drops signal from 6e to "no signal" fifty feet from my home.  Maps stops working, and the only way to get them back is restarting my phone.  I did network reset, airplane mode, "replaced" the esim and every other thing I could find and nothing helps.  Went to two different xfinity stores and their solution was "buy a new phone" or change providers.  A customer for MANY years and that's what they had to offer.  Is xfinity no longer a wireless provider?

Hello user_s1t5vk thanks so much for taking time out of your day to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums! This absolutely sounds like a frustrating situation to go through. A couple of questions, if I may, just to fill in the gaps-

Is this happening every time you leave the house?

- Does the phone ever self-correct after a minute or 2?

- Is this happening in a specific area of town? I.E., near train/rail yards or other industrial areas? ( I have an S22 that will constantly drop signal when going through these types of areas but comes back on afterward)

- Is this an older phone?

- Does this happen at other times as well, besides when first leaving the home?

It never happened prior to July.  I have a samsung s24+ and it cuts out wherever and whenever. The phone doesn't self correct and once the signal drops, I usually have to restart the phone to get signal back.  I might chalk it up to the older phone but my wife has the same issues, just not as frequently.  When driving with android auto and it losses signal it does not come back online until I restart. It went from good service to awful service in a month. Again I have tried every trouble shooting step multiple times.  Even the xfinity techs have had no answer.
