Switch my phone to Xfinity - terrible experience
I switched my phone service to Xfinity today from Lyca, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. It has been more than four hours, and Xfinity still has not been able to activate my SIM. I spoke with multiple live agents, and each time I was transferred or the agent changed, but no one was able to resolve the issue.
Now my phone service has completely stopped, and I cannot make calls at all. This is unacceptable, especially when phone service is essential. I expected better support and a smoother activation process from Xfinity.

@user_2wmt8v, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. Sorry to see there was trouble activating your SIM when you made the change to Xfinity Mobile. Certainly not the type of experience we want to provide. Were you able to get your phone activated?
