Suddenly I can’t get a signal at work. I could a week ago, but now I only get an SOS symbol
Last week, I got full bars at work. Now, all I get is an SOS message. It’s not just my phone. It’s anyone with Xfinity or Verizon. It’s been going on for seven days now.
any ideas as to what’s going on?

There's another comment thread with the same issues. It's everyone on our plan as well. Service has been degrading for months for us and hit an all time low this past weekend. SOS mode and dropped coverage in metropolitan areas where service has never been an issue.
