Strange error from now mobile

I went to update my payment method with now mobile as my old card was declined. I got a message that said I have no now services on my account. I chatted with a rep who said my line was deactivated (I still have both phone and mobile data working) he tried to send me the bill and confirmation to reactivate the account but payment method 1 and 2 from two differed banks I tried were declined. I checked with the bank and nothing was wrong with my card. He said he would send me an email in 30 minutes but I got none. So I call an agent this time and she says it shows my phone line was canceled on October 7th even though I paid November's bill and that showed up as well. So apparently I have no service with now but my phone is still getting service somehow. I would like to keep my number and phone service but I am not sure how much longer it will last. I am supposed to get an email in 72 hours she said she escalated it since nothing she was doing worked. So I am posting here asking what is going on with my now service. I realize it's prepaid which means soon it will be disconnected but I am unsure what to do.
