Slow 5G on Pixel 8 PRO

I have a pixel 8 Pro. I was getting speed tests of 800Mbps. But was having network issues. Called customer service, they had me re-download a new e-sim. I have yet to hit those speeds again. I have full coverage and no data issues. I now download 25-30Mbps. WTF?!?!?! It has been a few weeks now with zero correction on this issue. Called customer service multiple times and even went to my local Xfinity Store. The issue is still present. No 5G speeds for me. Can anyone help
