SIM pairing to old phone

I tried switching from iPhone 13 Pro Max to iPhone Duo. But the eSIM is still trying to connect to the old 13. And now my new phone stays on SOS even though it shows active on website. And under Devices it shows a message saying SIM paired, with the paired device being the old 13.  Is there a way to remove the IMEI of the old 13 pro from my account so the new phone will connect to the network properly?
