sim card delivery estimation

Hi team, i requested a new sim card on 23rd December 2024. It said it will arrive within 5-7 business days. Still i haven't received sim card shipment details. When will my sim card arrive? I haven't got any order confirmation message after requesting for a new SIM card

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

solved after calling the mobile team at 888-936-4968. Anyone with a similar issue can do the same.
