Samsung S10e cant connect to internet on xfinity mobile network

cant connect to internet when off of wifi.  airplane mode is off.  data roaming access is on.  network operators shows Xfinity mobile.  Data usage (mobile data) is on.  I have no internet connection once i leave a wifi network.
