Samsung One UI 7 update

When will Xfinity push the Samsung One UI 7 update to customers? I still have not received my Feb secrurity update for my S23. It was reported that Samsung released the 1 UI7 update to Xfinity on April 25. My phone is unlocked.

Hi Roberto, this is directly from Samsung "Samsung releases the update to the service providers, who then push the update to the phones. This is for both locked and unlocked phones." Please, enough, I just want to know when.

Hi there, @user_a2iedx. Thank you so much for your time today. I do apologize, we do not have any information on when the rollout of the update will take place. Here’s how to get the update if you haven’t seen a notification appear on your home screen: open the Settings app on your phone, choose Software Update, and then Download and Install on your device.-Richard

This is my second Samsung phone. I know how to install an update. Until it is pushed out by the carrier, Xfinity for me, there is no update to install. Why did you attempt to answer my question when you don't seem to know how the process works?

Thank you for confirming the software update section states there is no update to install @user_a2iedx . Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? We’d love to take a further look at the account. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
