Same issues years later

In reading many of these posts, they all seem to be dealing with the same issues I have. No one is on the same page. I canceled internet but continued to get charged. I canceled mobile service and again was charged. Each charge has been increased in amount. No one is available to help. In fact I've been disconnected while calling due to my services being disconnected but you still continued to bill me. You're a very incompetent company and do hope a class action lawsuit serves us all well !
