Rude service by roxanne

Last nite my mobile serv was disconnected ,  the rep informed me it was because of almost24dollards. She had said she got a extentionAPPROavaED and I had til 6/20. It was turned back off this morning I call this evening and speak with a rude Roxanne where she said she'd extend it til july26th if I wanted but i said i just needed a wk, them she tells me I can't because it has to b over 25dollarx .now does that make since? Anyway I asked for a mngr where she did no warm transfer but stick me on hold and 20 min later I'm still on hold.isbthus your idea of service?
