Recordings not showing on my mobile devices, I can see live TV fine, also not on my roku tv

I have uninstalled and reinstated app on all 3 devices,  unplugged gateway, unplugged TV, did a system refresh, synced DVR, xfinity did a refresh on all 3 devices, that didn't work, phone and ipad show no recordings, the boxes are working fine, Roku TV showing error message TVAPP-00800

Hello @Earleydeb, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help with your missing DVR recordings. What happens when you try to access the recordings on the Stream portal online?

Thank you for confirming, @Earleydeb. And thanks for providing such a detailed list of the steps you've already taken! We really appreciate you trying the app re-installs, gateway reboot, device refreshes, and DVR sync before reaching out - that saves us a lot of time. Because your physical TV boxes are working fine, but your mobile devices, web browser, and Roku are all failing to pull up your recordings (along with throwing Error TVAPP-00800), this points directly to a backend entitlement sync issue with your X1 Cloud DVR rate code on the account level. In short: your physical DVR is recording, but the cloud system isn't recognizing that your Stream app profile has permission to mirror those recordings.

Since this requires us to look at your specific account billing codes and re-send an account entitlement refresh from our end, we'll need to move into a Direct Message so that we can collect your account details securely. Please send our team a direct message to continue!

How to send us a direct message

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Once we pull up the account, we'll try to get that Cloud DVR entitlement re-linked so your recordings pop right back up on your phone, iPad, and Roku TV!
