Receiving calls from Corrigan Correctional in CT
I am seemingly not receiving any calls from someone in Corrigan in CT. I’ve added the number, turned off all spam/blocking settings, and prepaid for calls so they’re not coming through as “collect calls” yet I am still not receiving them.
I've tried to sign up for other services but apparently the State of CT doesn’t offer many of the available options such as video calls, e-messaging, etc.

I can see you've already gone through several troubleshooting steps, including adding the number to your contacts, disabling call blocking features, and confirming the calls aren't being placed as collect calls. Because the calls still aren't reaching you, we'd want to take a closer look at the account and verify whether there's anything on the backend that could be preventing those calls from connecting. For the caller are they receiving any error or is it going directly to voicemail?
