RCS Messaging "waiting for activation" - Follow-up
On Friday, October 17 (after several phone conversations with Xfinity support, a physical visit to an Xfinity store, and then another phone call to Xfinity support) it was determined that the RSC messaging on my Iphone 15 Pro needs to be activated. (I am not sure why this was deactivated). I stopped receiving authorization codes to my phone as on 8/29/25 and cannot get into some websites for my business without the ability to authenticate my identity via authorization codes being texted to me. On 10/17/25 I was told that the Xfinity support person put in a ticket to have my RCS activated and that it would take 5-6 business days for it to happen. This is day #6 and it is still not activated. Can you check the status of this ticket? Does it exist? I really need to have this activated ASAP.
