Rcs messages not working

I just switched my phone from T-Mobile to Xfinity today and my RCS messages aren't working and I tried so many ways. It's stuck on connecting

If you Android clear cache and storage from your Messages app. Only so this is your using Google Messages.

This did not work on my phone. I am able to clear the cache but unable to clear the data. RCS chats still shows "connecting"

Im having a similar problem but I have not switched carriers. I click on my message icon and nothing happen, it just pops up showing that its trying to connect. I have tried numerous things. Everything from airplane mode to resetting stuff. Im not sure what is going on but I dont like not being able to get my messages.

My phone is completely trashed now. No bluetooth, no RCS, I can receive some calls and SMS texts. Xfinity is sending me to Samsung for troubleshooting now. They couldn't fix it.
