RCS CHATS ON GOOGLE

I went to xfinity, and they literally lost Hope in their own staff and tech support. Nothing they tried worked. I paid off my phone and bought a new one and nothing is helping. When looking for and to say "connected" or "connecting", instead now it says "not supported". I'm hoping to go to another carrier. I have been dealing with this for almost three months, and xfinity has failed me.
