RCS Chats Not being delivered to iPhones

I got a new phone (Moto Razr 2025) and my RCS messages aren't getting delivered to iPhones.  Google Messages is saying I'm in RCS mode, I can see when the other person is typing, RCS is connected to my number, the message won't send.  I have to send it as a text to get it to send.  Seems to only be an issue with me sending to iPhones.  I've done all the usual trouble-shooting: updating messages, restarting the phone, disconnecting and reconnecting to RCS, turning off RCS in my old phone...but nothing is getting it to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. From my understanding, there can be some trouble between Android and Apple devices when sending RCS messages. Since there is cross-functionality with RCS messaging, it can still have some issues depending on whether both devices are updated to their OS version. I'd also check if the carriers have the option to provide RCS messages and if it is enabled on each device.

Yes, I spent 1.5 hours with Xfinity Tech Support and another 1.5 hours with Motorola Tech Support.  No one has any answers and it's still not working.  No one can pinpoint the issue.

I have this issue with my iPhone. When connected to my Xfinity WiFi, I can't send or receive RCS messages to Androids. Once I turn off my WiFi, I can send and receive RCS messages just fine.

I also have this issue. 2 hours on Xfinity app support, 1 hour in store and then 2 at the Apple Store no resolution.

I am also having this issue. I’ve been on chat, I spent an hour in a store and then an hour in the Apple Store. No resolution
