RCS 3000 Error

Like many others I am receiving the RCS Connecting/Setting up hang-up on Google. I've tried absolutely everything I could from these forums as well as Google Support. This was working until about 7 days ago, and now I am unable to receive group messages that had RCS originally enabled.

I have a Pixel 9 Pro, through Xfinity and RCS was working fine until around June 1st. I've tried to uninstall Google Messages to revert it backwards, I've cleared the data and cache for the Messages app. I've tried to clear my network settings, disable phone verification on my google account, disable phone verification in my Pixel settings through Google Services. I've set my desired mobile network to LTE and disabled WiFi. I've had it off for over 24 hours before attempting to reconnect. I've disabled RCS through my google account through their RCS disable link. I've also re-verified my phone number on my google account through their phone verification link. I've also reset my carrier services and even tried a convoluted Airplane mode step by step I've seen posted. I added all my troubleshooting into Gemini and it recommended I contact Xfinity Mobile support (or use their chat) and explicitly ask the agent to "re-provision the SIM/eSIM" or "reset the network switch on the backend" for your line. My SMS works fine, but the data token required for Chat Features is failing to authenticate on their end.

My phone just continues to get stuck on Setting up and I'm at a loss. Can someone assist me with the above?
