Promised refund then it went ignored

I went over my data plan and was unable to update my plan to unlimited before it billed through the website or app; I then called and the AI bot kept hanging up on me. I was then billed for the excess data and I was finally able to talk to someone overseas and was passes around to 4 people then I eas able to change my data plan and PROMISED A REFUND. I never received the refund then after not being able to reach anyone AGAIN filed a claim with my bank... well xfinity got back to the bank but not me and took the money back again. I have since been sent to this forum from an actual person from a store I would like a refund of my money since I had jusy given birtth when my billing occurred and the app was not showing my mobile plan and only my internet plan and I was never able to reach anyone to update my service before they charged me for all of the data... yes I know this is very rambling but it is very complicated and I feel very taken advantage of.
