Problem with texts

This is getting ridiculous text messages are a joke have been that way for me and my family since we switched about a year ago have updated, reset, restart, dosent matter if thru network or wifi I wasn't available when my mother and father came in you told them first it was sim cards and updates which didn't fix it  then it was  because there phones were to old only 3 years old said had to buy newest phone when they said they couldn't afford it you sold them refurbished phones over year old big surprise they didn't work either you told them to go home and give them time to update then nothing worked came back spent over an hour with there phones and then you fixed them saying it was an update which I doubt my phone has gotten worse since all of this just wondering what's going on my phone is all updated with correct setting dosent matter if it wifi which is yours 1250 mbs phone minimum 800 mbs or just to network have done multiple times all the above so is there anyone who actually knows what's going on or is my phone to old lol no it's not not happy you sold phone to my parents for no reason lovebto hear your response
