As large as this company is, how ironically no one is able to pring their mobile pdf statement anymore. You would think that this would be helpful from having mobile customers call it to speak with someone just a get a printed statement email to them. The amount of people that are calling in is taking up the reps time in helping someone else that either wants to get service or something major, and we are holding their place. This is ludicrous.
