porting to new carrier NOT working
Not able to get a port pin through the app, spent multiple 2,3 hour waste of time sessions with support chat with ZERO resolution, Advised to go to the store of 2 trips to the store and received a porting number only to be rejected @ times with porting from Xfinity at a total loss I want my number the only other option is to file with the FCC to hopefully get my number released or someone to fix my issue as no one at support can seem to help or care. this has been carrying on for to long
