porting out

porting out of xfinity mobile.  new carrier says they are waiting on xfintiy to transfer existing number to them adn xfinity said everything is good on thier end.  xfinity has already cancelled my service so phone no longer has data

user_6l56qr I’m really sorry for the disruption. I understand how frustrating this is, especially since your service has already been canceled, and you’re currently without data. In most cases, the cancellation completes once the number has successfully ported to the new carrier. Have you been able to confirm with them whether the transfer has fully completed on their end?
