Poor reception

I am only getting one or two bars are home. I narrowed it down to about .75 miles north or south of me. I checked the Verizon map and it doesn't show any problems. Is this just a hole in reception?

@Jackson59, glad to hear that! Have you tried putting your phone in airplane mode to reset the connection to the network in the area?

No, the team from Verizon or the team I sent a direct message hasn't contacted me in the last several days. That means that I am now looking for another carrier since neither can tell Why I get poor reception.
