Poor Network

The network in my area for my mobile device is absolutely horrible. If I leave my house outside of my WiFi I have 1 bar or less of signal.

user_8dce47 Has the mobile coverage been poor since getting the service, or has it recently become an issue where it worked better in the past? If always been this way you may want to check the coverage map to see how well the home is covered by following these steps:
  1. Go to the Xfinity Mobile coverage map page.
  2. Use the search bar to enter your address, city, or ZIP code, or click the location icon to use your current location.
  3. The map will display cellular coverage, WiFi PowerBoost hotspots

It seems to have progressively gotten worse. As I mentioned if I leave my immediate home, I have absolutely no signal until I get back home and go on WiFi.

It shows my area only has WiFi coverage. How is this possible? It seems like this shouldn't be an issue in this day and age with mobile services. Pretty unacceptable!!

user_8dce47 Coverage does expand as companies grow over the years, but there are area's still uncovered by all carriers. I wish I could help, but if there isn't any coverage at the home the service while there would rely on the WiFi.
