Please help

Xfinity has my phone, internet, tv. Everything is down. I’ve b en trying to contact them for 16 hours. I was finally connected by using Alexa and as she was working on issue we were disconnected. I’ve gone through everything and can’t get connected to a person again. I’m old snd alone
