Playback Issue:: TVAPP-00352
This morning I suddenly can't play DVR recordings or live tv from the iPhone xfinity app or when logged into xfinity.com on a computer. Playing DVR recordings & live tv are fine from the cable box.

Besides the "Playback Issue:: TVAPP-00352" error, also getting these messages:
Well, that didn't go as planned
Connection Error:: TVAPP-00351
Your chat support now sucks as you can't reach an agent at all. The Xfinity Assistant Chat app won't let you get to an agent at all. I called the 800# over an hour ago they weren't not of any help.
