Phone Buyout Scam

I was to receive a virtual card for 500 for the payoff of my Verizon Device.  They said they emailed it to my comcast address 10/7/25, and re-sent it today and it's not there .  This whole process is nothing but a [Edited: "Language"] scam to steal customer from the other [Edited: "Language"] carriers.  I am calling a [Edited: "Language"] class action law firm, I am sure I am not the only [Edited: "Language"]
