Not receiving group text messages

I have had Xfinity mobile since Feb, its worked great until just the last few days when I started having issues receiving group text messages. I have a Pixel 9. The group has iphone and android users. I am not getting group texts from either. 

I have tried restarting my phone, made sure it was up to date on software, had Xfinity online support reprovision my service and am still not getting group texts.

I also have a relative on Xfinity who lives 50 miles away and is having the same issue. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
