Not connected to a network
My phone is only intermittently able to send or receive texts or phone calls. Even when I'm able to speak with someone, they tell me my voice drops in and out for several seconds at a time or my voice sounds choppy and they can't understand what I'm saying. I've seen other threads in this community where this problem has apparently been going on for over a year. The Reps at the Xfinity store, as well as the people they called, said the Xfinity mobile network no longer supports Galaxy s22 ultra. That sounds like a ridiculous lie. Has anyone figured out why our phones won't stay connected to the network? They replaced my sim twice and then upgraded me to eSim. None of that worked.

Greetings, @Watson140! I hope your week has been treating you well. I appreciate you taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about these ongoing connection issues, and I want to ensure you’re able to get in touch with an awesome Xfinity Mobile expert to help get this resolved.
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support".
