I got Xfinity back in November and they were unable to transfer my number from AT&t but said they would continue to try eventually. They were able to get the number over but there was another problem and they needed to open up another line temporarily to put that number on and my credit was not good enough. So my mother opened an account to fix everything and the first account was supposed to be closed. They still took many days and many tries before they were able to get the number I wanted correctly transferred over and on my phone so I could use it. The store manager finally was able to do it and he left the temporary number that I was using on the phone as well. I specifically asked him if I would get charged for both and he said no. I've continued to pay my bill on the second account because I was told the first account was closed. Come to find out the the first account was not closed and that is what had. The number that I transferred over on in the temporary number was on the second account. I got an email that they were suspending the number the number I use for non-payment. I contacted Xfinity today and was transferred to many people and eventually a supervisor said since I was using the number that I transferred over that was attached to the first account. I was responsible for paying that bill once I got that number switched over. I never used the temporary number and they can see that. Therefore, I don't understand why the supervisor could not understand and so she said that she would wave the fees for the temporary number. As long as I paid off the other account she would not help me any further. Very dissatisfied
