No signal

I live in the middle of the city. At home, I have one bar of LTE and it is not fast enough to even get the Xfinity app to load. If I drive a half mile in any direction I have full 5g+ signal. Please evaluate my area to see if an additional tower is needed. Will likely be going back to AT&T when my phone is paid off. My Xfinity internet was out tonight and I wasn’t able to use my phone at all on cellular data.

Hello user_j6c965 thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach us here on our Xfinity Forums regarding your cellular service experience.  We have several self-service options that can help with service troubleshooting, based on device make/model. Have you had an opportunity to look over these steps?

Yes I have. It is not a troubleshooting issue, it is a lack of service issue. I have 3 relatives with Xfinity mobile as well and they have the same issue in my area. Doesn’t matter if I’m inside or outside.

I see, thank you for letting me know. We can certainly look at further troubleshooting, and we can send forward a recommendation for network enhancement if we can show significant network impairment in a given area. This process would take time though, but we will do everything possible to improve your experience.
