No one has been able to help or resolve my issue
My phone service was out on pause and I did not do it. I was unable to unpause it or do anything else. I have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone who could resolve my problem. When I attempted to pay the bill, I got a message that my bill was not due. I haven't had phone service since the end of January and this is bad business. Someone was suppose to have created a ticket and Zi haven't heard anything from anyone--still without phone service. All I get is a bot that can't comprehend anything--never a human. This ducks and I'm deeply disappointed in this Xfinity Mobile service. I need my phone and this is just unacceptable that no one is able to assist in resolving this problem. Again, I did not pause my service and have been unable to un-pause my service. This is not what I expect of a mobile provider. I have health issues and need my phone. I'm sure they can do better than this. This sucks and I'm very displeased with Xfinity. My experience has been horrible and the promise of a $100 gift card seems like a joke--to have to wait for a prolonged period of time--14 weeks is just not good practice.
