No network connection you can only call 911

Anyone figure this out yet? I went to Xfinity yesterday and they had me buy a new SIM card. That did not work. Then they told me I was still connected with T-Mobile which is impossible but I went there as well and there's nothing on there and they could do obviously. This is really getting annoying as I'm potentially missing very important phone calls and texts
