Transferred information to my new phone and now I cannot make or receive calls

I'm here to help and get you in the right direction for getting this ironed out this morning. Can you please share a bit more details, such as are you using and eSIM? Any steps you have already tried, or what is happening when you try make calls? I look forward to hearing back from you to help you resolve the issue!

I have this same issue and can not get a human on the phone to help. The AI bot has no idea what I’m talking about.
