No cell data abroad. No international coverage

I travelled relying on my Xfinity mobile plan which included international data. I arrived and no cellular data available past three days. I’m now abroad with no phone or internet access which is miserable. Reached costumer service on Friday 6/12 and they couldn’t fix it—only giving me a ticket to be resolved in 72 hours. 72 hours with no cell while abroad! Frustrating. Still no words or no fixes. What to do now while I’m stuck with no network abroad?

good luck. I'm going on 27 days dealing with no international service. 26 days of run around. FCC complaint. 100 hours dealing with inept people. xfinity cant fix it. total  incompetence

It has been more than a week here. Still waiting for them to fix it. This ruined my vacation already. I cannot believe I’m paying for a service that is for no use and I cannot do anything about it while abroad.
